Note: Delivery times may vary for remote locations. We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and certain remote regions.

We stand behind our premium fitness products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All tags must be attached (for apparel)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Boxing gloves and wraps
  • Ballet shoes and dance footwear
  • Baby clothing and shoes
  • Any opened or used fitness equipment

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with:
